I've had a bit of a stressful week. I'm not sure of what it is exactly which makes it even more frustrating. I think mostly I just need to let go, give in, get over it(myself).

I've also been drinking absurd amounts of tea. Those quite, methodical moments really help. I wish I could meditate, I just can't bring myself to. What do you do when you find yourself in a darker place? Write, fight, cry, scream, it out??
